If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we ask that you let us know within 15 days of receiving your order so we can immediately fix or diagnose the problem.  Please contact our customer support to discuss any issues you may have.  We may ask for photos to better assess the problem.  Please rest assured that if you have any issues, we will help you find a solution. 

Basic Warranty. We pride ourselves on crafting high quality Rob Cosman branded tools and selling the highest quality non-Rob Cosman branded tools we can find.  All the tools and items we sell are ones that Rob Cosman uses and endorses himself.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from RobCosman.com contact us within 60 days of the purchase date and we will replace, refund, or issue you a discount, according to your preference.  Before returning any item to us you must receive a return authorization from our customer support.  Once we receive a shipping tracking number from you, we will promptly replace the item or refund the purchase price of that item.  We DO NOT cover return shipping costs for Basic Warranty claims.

Rob Cosman Branded Tools Warranty.  In addition to our Basic Warranty above, we provide a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser of any Rob Cosman branded tools. We guarantee our Rob Cosman branded tools to be free of any manufacturing errors or material defects.  This warranty DOES NOT extend to Rob Cosman branded tools purchased second hand, and it DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear.  Any tool you purchased from us with Rob Cosman’s name on it, that we verify has a manufacturing issue or material problem, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement and pay for the return shipping back to us. You must provide us with your name or order number to be eligible for a claim under this warranty.    

Items Damaged in Shipment.   We will replace, refund, or issue a discount, according to your preference, on any item that you received that has been damaged in shipment, provided you contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving the item.  If a return is warranted, we will pay for the return shipping.  You must provide us with pictures of the damage and the damaged container, so we can complete a damage claim with the shipping service.

Received the Incorrect Item or Missing Item.  If we made a packing error and did not send you exactly what you ordered, we will fix the situation provided you contact our customer support within 15 days of receiving your order.  If we issue a return authorization for an incorrect item we sent to you we will pay for the return shipping.
